Julie Koehne R.Ph.T. Julie Koehne is the Lead Registration of SPT and PACE at the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). She has enjoyed a variety of pharmacy related roles throughout her 25-year career. During the last eleven years at OCP, she has engaged in performance-based entry to practice assessment and competence development with pharmacist and pharmacy technician applicants. Julie facilitated the shift from OCP’s long standing Structured Practical Training program to a modern high-stakes assessment model, the Practice Assessment of Competence at Entry (PACE) for out of province and international pharmacist applicants.
